Dr. Kenneth McFarland
We are happy to welcome Dr. Bennett to the Belmont Family and back to her hometown. Dr. Bennett completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science with a pre-veterinary emphasis at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and then continuned her study of veterinary medicine at Auburn University in Alabama, graduating in 2014.
After completing her doctorate in veterinary medicine, Dr. Bennett returned to Nebraska and worked for almost 5 years as a mixed animal veterinarian in the Holdrege area. Wanting to spend less time on after-hours emergency calls, such a sewing lacerations and performing c-sections on cattle, Dr. Bennett was happy to have an opportunity to join the team here in Lincoln at Belmont Veterinary.
